Alyssa Healy gets slammed by Indian fans after she passed disparaging statements about the Indian team for their Bio-Bubble concern

The Indian tour of Australia will be famous for a lot of reasons, as the action on and off the fielding has been nothing short of dramatic. The test series began with the rollover of the friendliness and camaraderie between the two sides following the ODI and T-20 series. The second test at the MCG is where the hostilities began to rise. The SCG test then brought the worst of behavior from the Australians as the Indian team was not only sledged on the field by a frustrated Australian captain Tim Paine but also the off the field issues like racial abuse and the strict bio-bubble measures in place, especially at Brisbane. The Indian team has been displeased with the Bio-Bubble and Australian women’s cricketer Alyssa Healy has made a sarcastic comment about the issue and has been promptly slammed by the Indian twitter fans for the same.

The story as it developed 

The Indian team had always maintained its displeasure and reluctance of playing in Brisbane. The issue flared up with the SCG test still going on as there were comments from both the sides about the Indian team’s playing at the Gabba. Once the SCG test got over and the Indian team made its way to Brisbane, they were welcomed with pathetic hospitality services. The Indian team made its discontentment known. Once the matter came to light Australian women’s cricketer Alyssa Healy tweeted “The Aus and NZ women’s teams did their quarantine in the same hotel last year. Here’s a shock – we survived”

Indian team unhappy with the services at Brisbane 

A member of the Indian team speaking to the media had said “We are locked up in our rooms, have to make our own beds, clean our own toilets. Food is coming from a nearby Indian restaurant which will be given to us on our floor. We can’t move out of the floor that’s been designated to us. The entire hotel is empty, but we can’t use any amenities in the hotel including the swimming pool and the gym. All the cafes and restaurants in the hotel are shut” the city of Queensland has seen heavy measures in place after new spike in cases of Coronavirus which seems to be affecting Australia a lot more in the recent weeks.

After the tweet by Alyssa Healy came to light slamming the Indian cricketers with her uncalled for sarcasm, the Indian fans began trolling her with their comments on Twitter.
