Cricket Cult was born and conceived in 2020 in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. An ardent cricket fan (Siddharth Luthra, Founder & CEO) had just come back from Australia. I had completed my Masters of Business (sports management) from Deakin University in Melbourne. Whilst there were ample opportunities to work in the sports industry in Melbourne, India was always my go-to place. An undying passion for cricket can only be satiated in this cricket crazy nation. We have started with the website module on 31st August 2020 and still taking baby steps. The gap we are trying to fill is that in India people often love cricketers and not cricket. We are of the opinion that this great sport can in fact teach you everything about life. So we want to promote the culture of cricket and enhance this cult. Hence the name Cricket Cult.
