Both teams are coming into the game with contrasting results. DC who have been hampered by injuries to Rishab Pant, Ishant Sharma and Amit Mishra lost their previous encounter to the Mumbai Indians. They also lost the top spot to the defending champions. RR looked down and out against SRH after the loss of Stokes, Buttler, Smith and Samson. However, Tewatia pulled off a Tewatia and got his team across the line against SRH.
Having said that, DC will still be very confident about their chances going into the match. Rajasthan have struggled outside Sharjah and the big boundaries in Dubai will favour the more balanced Delhi Capitals. Both captains will look to bat first on winning the toss. Rishab Pant is still not fit so don’t expect any changes from DC, and RR too might not want to tweak a winning combination.

Jos Buttler – Buttler would be itching to go one up on Ashwin after the offie got his wicket in the last match. Jos is due big time and expect him to play a big innings.
Prithvi Shaw – Shaw missed out in the last game against MI but has been in great touch in the IPL. He will be looking to get DC off to a flier.
Shreyas Iyer – Iyer played a solid knock against the great Mumbai Indians attack and has matured quite well. Expect him to be amongst the runs again.
Jofra Archer – Archer has been by far the quickest bowler in the tournament. He’s great with the new ball as well as at the death. He will also give you crucial points with the bat.
Marcus Stoinis – Stoinis has been the most valuable player of the tournament in the first half. He, unfortunately, got run out in the last game and will be looking to make amends. The right-hander has been amongst the wickets too.
