Rajasthan Royals have played their best cricket in a long time to reach the finals of the TATA IPL 2022. One of the biggest reasons for the run to the finals was Jos Buttler who has been amazing with the bat. The 31 year old England wicket keeper batsman is a fan favorite for his huge sixes and aggressive batting. Just ahead of the final, he showed his human side when he broke down which has moved a million Indian fans as he remembered the great Shane Keith Warne.

Rajasthan Royals shocked the world when they won the first ever IPL in 2008 under Shane Warne. The former Australia leg spinning great passed away on 4th March this year due to a sudden cardiac arrest. His passing away was a huge shock for many in the cricketing circles. Warne was the first captain for Rajasthan Royals and he has been christened the βFirst Royalβ.

Speaking ahead of the TATA IPL final, Jos Buttler was emotional remembering the former RR skipper. He said that Warne would be proud of the wards for the efforts they have put this season. Rajasthanβs team manager Romi Bhinder said β We have put up a picture of him where his hand is overstretched. A few days ago, I saw Jos giving him a high-five and saying, 'legend'!" Bhinder had said on a tribute video posted by the Rajasthan Royals ahead of the side's match against Mumbai Indians at the MCA Stadium, where the Royals gave a tribute to Warne. Epic season for Jos Buttler β
Jos Buttler has been one of the best batsmen this season and has scored over 800 runs. Buttler has hit 4 centuries this season, with none more important than the one against RCB in the 2nd eliminator on Friday. Buttler has been the sole reason for RRβs run to the final and his consistency with the bat has seen him at the top of the run scoring charts.
