In the first Eliminator game against LSG, Rajat Patidar showed that the occasion did not faze him. After the early loss of captain Du Plessis, the 28 year old cut loose as Kohli paid the pedestrian. None of the bowlers were spared and every ball was pulled for four or six. Patidar was dropped by KL Rahul when he was past 50 and he made full use of it to become the first RCB batsman to score a century in the play offs. Patidar finished with 112 off 54 balls with 12 fours and 7 massive sixes.
