It is the 67th game of the TATA IPL 2022 season and the stakes cannot be higher. Royal Challengers Bangalore are coming into the game with a huge task ahead of them. Gujarat Titans on the other hand have already qualified for the final four of the tournament, at the top of the table. The task for RCB though is a lot more difficult as the Faf Du Plessis led side first have to win the game and then hope the other results go their way to make it to the play-offs.
Glenn Maxwell plucks a screamer of a catch –
Wankhede Stadium is the venue for the game as RCB and GT lock horns. GT won the toss and chose to bat first. GT made one change with Ferguson coming in for Joesph, while Kaul came in for Siraj for the RCB team. the first over saw Saha go after Kaul and the 2nd overt was a decent one from Shahbaz Ahmed. The 3rd over was given to Hazlewood who was expensive last game. This time though, he had Gill driving away from the body only too see Maxwell take a stunning one handed grab to send back Gill for just a single.

Big game for Kohli –
It is the right game and right moment for Kohli to grab the headlines and make a statement. The former RCB skipper has already suffered a prolonged loss of form with the bat. This year has been the worst in terms of number of runs scored by Kohli, every RCB fan will hope the last hurrah this season can be a memorable one for Kohli as he guide RCB to the hope of atleast reaching the play-offs. A win for RCB and contribution from Kohli with the bat will an ideal gift for every RCB fan.
