Two days of amazing action at Kolkata –
The cricket crazy fans of Kolkata were treated to some amazing action on Tuesday and Wednesday as four heavy weights went at it. The fans would have been sad that KKR weren’t in the play offs, but Hardik Pandya and David Miller’s explosive batting might have taken their mind away. Gujarat Titans on Tuesday beat RR by 7 wickets with 3 balls to go in a game filled with drama which went down to the wire. Miller hit former KKR player Prasidh Krishna for 3 back to back sixes to seal the deal and move into the finals. The next day RCB were indebted to Rajat Patidar who scored an unbeaten 112 off 54 balls as RCB posted 207 on the board. Despite the efforts from KL Rahul and Deepak Hooda, the LSG team fell short by 14 runs to be knocked out of TATA IPL 2022.
