The young Mumbai Indian player Arjun Tendulkar was seen in the Instagram story of the England cricketer Danielle Wyatt. The photo has gone viral on social media and netizens are reacting to it. The Instagram story was taken at Soho, London where they both were enjoying the lunch.
Wyatt is one of the prominent parts of the England women’s cricket team and shares a great bond with the young player.
Earlier, in one of the statements she mentioned that “So, I first met Sachin and Arjun at Lord's Cricket Ground. Maybe 2009 or 2010 when I was with MCC young cricketers and they were training in the nets. Literally I went to the nets and said hello and introduced myself saying I am Danni etc. Arjun would have been 10 years old back then, he was so small. There is a photo somewhere on Google. I bowled to him that day, he was very good. Since then whenever I bump into Sachin or Arjun or whenever they come to Lord's to train, I go to the nets and ask him (Arjun) to bowl the new ball to me."
Wyatt till now has played around ODIs and 124 T20Is for England. She is an extremely popular figure in India as well and has admired the former captain Virat Kohli for his performance. She was also seen in the funny social media banters with spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.
