TATA IPL 2022 season might be over but the after effects of the news of rift between Jadeja and CSK doesn’t die down. The entire fiasco regarding the captaincy during the 2022 season hasn’t sat down well with the 33 year old left arm spinning all-rounder. Jadeja was given the captaincy and it was soon taken back when the results did not go their way. MS Dhoni was given the captaincy of CSK once again and Jadeja sat out of the last few games citing injury.

Shikhar Dhawan recently posted a short 6 second reel when the Indian team touched down in West Indies. Chennai Super Kings took to twitter and wrote “Manikam Dravid’s Baasha Transformation”. The video edit showed every player given a special effect but it wasn’t done to Ravindra Jadeja. This made the fans wonder if it was on purpose or a genuine mistake. Many fans speculated that this was CSK’s way of giving Jadeja the cold shoulder.

Ravindra Jadeja recently took down all the posts about CSK from the 2021 and 2020 season. Jadeja was part of the side which won the IPL title in 2021 and his relationship with the men in yellow got frosty post the captaincy saga. Recently Ravindra Jadeja took to Instagram top post a quote about self respect. This got the attention of the CSK fans who trended their love for Jadeja on twitter.

Chennai Super Kings management have always maintained that their relationship with Jadeja is fine and there is no issues between the two parties. CSK have gone on to say that Jadeja remains a vital part of the team and is expected to be part of the side for the 2023 edition as well.

Ravindra Jadeja was part of the Indian team tour the West Indies, but the 33 year old has faced another injury set back. Jadeja who was part of the England tour will now miss the entire Caribbean tour due to a injury niggle to his knees.
