Cuttack was the venue as India and South Africa locked horns for the 2nd T20 match on Sunday. The visitors had won the first game on a canter on Thursday at the Arun Jaitley stadium at New Delhi. The Cuttack fans were witnessing a game after a long time and it was a sad day for the cricket crazy fans. Heinrich Klassen showed his class with the bat as he smashed his way to career best 81 to win the game for South Africa to take a 2-0 lead in the 5-game series.

Bhuvi turns the clock back in style –

Over the last few years, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been called out for his lack of form with the ball. The 32 year old has had to endure a difficult time due to his fitness issues which has ensured he missed a lot of games. During the 2nd half of IPL, Bhuvi came back to form with the ball. Defending 149 to win, the right arm swing bowler had the opposition in trouble. Hero of the last game, Rassie Van Der Dussen was on his haunches when Bhuvi got the ball to shoot through and castle him.

India loses the game despite Bhuvi’s 4fer

Bhuvi finished with 4 wickets for 13 runs despite the others going for runs. The first to go was Hendricks who was bowled for 4 to a ball that kept low. The next to go was Dwayne Pretorius who was again sent to bat at number 3. Pretorius who smashed a four the previous ball, went for a hoick across the line to be caught by Avesh for 4. Next over it was Dussen who fell for 1 off 7 balls. By the time when Bhuvi the game was as good as lost, but that did not stop him from picking the wicket of Parnell for 1.
