It was yet another damp squib of a Sunday as the 2nd ODI between India and New Zealand was called off due to persistent rains. The Indian fans were disappointed that they couldn’t watch their favorite stars on Sunday.

Speaking about favorite stars, no one gets bigger and better than MS Dhoni. The former Indian captain and current CSK skipper is preparing for one last season of the IPL, before hanging up his gloves from every format of the game.

The story as it happened –

MS Dhoni is in Dubai with his family getting some much wanted family time together. The former India skipper isn’t much of a social media person but one social media user spotted him with Hardik Pandya and Ishan Kishan.

Thala seen grooving to the tune of Badshah –

In what looks like birthday gathering, Indian hip hop star Badshah was seen singing of his famous hit songs “Kaala Chashmah”. The 18 second video had Hardik Pandya and Ishan Kishan along with MS Dhoni.

In a 2nd video which has emerged the trio of cricketers can be seen dancing to another movie song. MSD had a smile on his face as he was trying to match steps with the others and have a gala of a time.

What next for MSD?

Mahendra Singh Dhoni will next be seen imparting his views on the IPL auction table later this year. MSD will be leading Chennai Super Kings as already revealed by their CEO, Mr. Kasi Viswanath.

CSK are rumored to be going for Sam Curran and could also make a play for Kane Williamson. Once MSD steps down they would be looking at succession plans. The 4 time champs could also make a bid for Dwayne Bravo for a lower price after releasing him.

Indian T20 coaching role?

With IPL 2023 set to be the last time MS Dhoni steps on to the field, there are strong feelers being sent out by the BCCI. The board wants the former India captain to get into some coaching role for the T20 team in the run up to the 2024 ICC T20 World Cup to be held in USA and West Indies.
