Pakistan Super League is going on in full swing as the tournament is witnessing real close games. The battle between bat and ball has been amazingly brilliant with some unknown talents coming to the fore. While the action on the field has been tantalizing, seasoned cricketer Mohammad Amir is in the eye of the storm again. The 30 year old left arm pacer has left fans unhappy with his latest antics while playing for Karachi Kings against Lahore Qalandars in a PSL game which took place recently.

Amir gives Shai Hope a C*otch Chop send off –

It seems Mohammad Amir has been seeing a lot of retro WWE videos. Amir was bowling to West Indian batter Shai Hope during the game between Karachi and Lahore. After Hope was out for 1 caught by Irfan Khan, 30 year old Amir did something unimaginable. Amir bought out the “C*otch Chop” a move made famous by wrestlers Shawn Michaels and HHH to mock their opponents.

Amir called out for bad behavior –

Earlier in the tournament, Mohammad Amir went head to head with national skipper Babar Azam. The former Pakistani fast bowler threw the ball in anger at the ground, and later gave Azam a glare. This was after Amir was hit for a four by Babar Azam earlier in the over. Amir later said that for him bowling to a tailender and Babar Azam was the same thing. This angered a lot of fans who lambasted him on social media.

Karachi King put up 185 on the board –

Lahore won the toss and put Karachi into bat at the National Stadium in Karachi. Openers Matthew Wade (36) and James Vince with 45 laid the perfect foundation. Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik fell for 18 and 10, before Imad Wasim with 35* and Ben Cutting with 20 helped Karachi reach 185.

Akif Javed leads Karachi to an easy win –

Chasing 186 to win, Mirza Tahir Baig led the chase with 45 off 39 balls with 3 fours and 2 sixes. Kamran Ghulam with 23, Sikandar Raza (18) and Fakhar Azam (15). Akif Javed led the bowling charts with 4/28. Aamer Yamin and Ben Cutting picked 2 wickets each while Imad Wasim and Mohammad Amir picked a wicket each. Lahore were all out for 118 as Karachi won the game by 67 runs.
