Both the mediums of entertainment have a massive fan following as both actors and cricketers receive a lot of love. Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli is known for his love for dancing and it was on full display on Friday. Kohli who is married to Bollywood superstar actress Anushka Sharma has been in the news for his return to form in test cricket.

The story so far –

Indian movie industry scripted history earlier this week when they won the prestigious Oscars. The movie RRR won the best original song for its now world famous song “Naatu Naatu”. The movie stars Ram Charan and NTR JR in lead roles and was one of the best movies off 2022, grossing money and public love from across the globe.

Virat Kohli joins the craze –

During the course of the 1st ODI between India and Australia at Mumbai, Virat Kohli was busy with his footwork. The former Indian captain was fielding at slips when the cameras caught him doing the “Naatu Naatu” hook step all by himself. There was a huge cheer from the crowd when they spotted Kohli doing the dance on the big screen. Kohli is a good dancer and was seen to be enjoying putting on his dancing shoes and keeping himself busy.

 



Former RCB captain’s pep talk helps RCB women win their first game –

Speaking about Virat Kohli, after his 186 run knock at Ahmedabad, the 34 year old spent some time with the RCB women’s team. The Smriti Mandhana led side had lost 5 games in a row to be put on the cusp of an early exit from Women’s Premier League 2023.

Kohli’s pep talk helped the RCB women win their first game of the tournament and keep their hopes of reaching the final 4 alive by a fine thread. The RCB team was overjoyed with the win and credited Kohli’s words for inspiration to win their first game of the season.
