Young Indian cricketer Shreyas Iyer had to endure a terrible time due to an injury suffered during the first ODI versus England at Pune where he injured his shoulder while fielding and had to miss the rest of the series and also the IPL before its mid-way suspension where he had to undergo an operation and watch his boys take the tournament by fire.

Shreyas Iyer has been on the long road back to action as he is recovering from the shoulder injury he suffered during the first ODI at Pune. This had him miss the IPL as he was recuperating from the injury. Shreyas Iyer recently posted a work out video on Instagram where he was seen going through the paces of his fitness drills and captioned the video by saying “Isolated” . This prompted Suryakumar Yadav to come up with a hilarious reply and say “Shehanshah running technique” which had Shreyas Iyer laughing.

Shreyas Iyer the 26 year old right handed batsman from Mumbai has been one of the most talked about batsmen to have come out of India in the last few years. He has also been in the peripherals of the Indian test team for a long time as he is now considered a permanent fixture of the white ball side. Shreyas Iyer would be looking to come back to prime fitness for the resumption of the IPL and also the World T20 later this year.
